What are my payment options?
We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Klarna, Google Pay, Bancontact, iDEAL and Shop Pay.
Are you affiliated with Rolex or any other brands?
Wristbuddys is an independent company and is not authorized, endorsed, sponsored by, associated with and/or affiliated with Omega SA, Rolex SA, Breitling SA, IWC International Watch Co, Tudor watch SA, Seiko Watch Corporation, TAG Heuer Brand of LVMH Swiss Manufactures SA or Citizen Watch Co. The brands whose items we sell are not associated with Wristbuddys, and the brand names are the trademarks of their respective owners. Wristbuddys sells third-party watch straps for use with your own watches.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes, Wristbuddys Gift Cards are available to purchase online. Our gift cards are sold as unique digital codes (we do not ship physical gift cards) that can be used as payment for orders placed on our online store. When you purchase a gift card, you can email the code to your recipient or to yourself. Wristbuddys Gift Cards never expire and are non-refundable.

Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free worldwide shipping via UPS Express, ensuring that your purchase reaches you as quickly and securely as possible!
Where is my order being sent from?
All of orders are sent from our warehouse in Stockholm, Sweden. Orders placed before 15:00 GMT +1 are typically dispatched the same day. In most cases, your package will be on its way within 0-2 business days after your order is placed.
Can I change my shipping address?
Yes, we can change your shipping address and method if your order has not been shipped. Please let us know at [email protected] as soon as possible.
How long is the delivery time?
We offer free worldwide shipping via UPS Express, ensuring that your purchase reaches you as quickly and securely as possible.
Our estimated delivery times are as follows:
Sweden: 0-2 business days*
Europe: 0-3 business days*
North America: 1-4 business days*
Asia: 2-4 business days*
Middle East: 2-5 business days*
Rest of World: 2-5 business days*
*Note: These estimates apply if the customer is available to receive the package at the first delivery attempt and does not encounter delays with customs or change delivery instructions after dispatch.
Will I have to pay duties on my international order?
While we cover the shipping costs, import taxes and duties may apply for deliveries outside of the European Union. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are the responsibility of the customer.
Please be aware that customers in the United Kingdom are required to pay VAT on orders over 135 GBP. To avoid this government-imposed tax, we recommend placing multiple smaller orders.
For EU customers, all prices include VAT. For non-EU customers, additional duties and taxes may be imposed by your country’s customs authorities. Countries frequently subject to VAT or import duties include Canada, Chile, Congo, India, the Philippines, and Malaysia.
For more detailed information on customs and import duties, we advise contacting your local customs office. Wristbuddys is not responsible for any customs charges or delays that may occur.

RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS
What is your return and cancellation policy?
All items in original, unworn condition may be returned for a full refund to be issued back to the original payment method. Returns must be initiated within the 14 days return period. If you would like to make a return, please contact us at [email protected] and we will help you.
Please note that Wristbuddys does not cover the shipping costs for the return, it is the customer's responsibility to pay for safe shipping to our office.
Can I cancel my order?
If your order has not been shipped, we will issue you a full refund including the shipping costs. If your order has shipped, we cannot redirect the package back to us. Please contact us at [email protected] for a return.
All refunds are issued back to the original form of payment.
Where should I ship my return?
Please contact us at [email protected] for a return authorization before shipping any returns. If the products are eligible for return, please place all items into the original packaging and ship to:

When will I receive my refund?
We will refund your payment as soon as we have received and inspected your returned items. This process typically takes 3-5 business days to complete, and the refund will be credited to the original form of payment.
TUTORIALS & GUIDES
How do I know what size I need?
The lug width can often be found on google if you search for "Your watch model + lug width" ("Omega Seamaster lug width" for example) or visit the online database called WatchBase and read about your watch. Most common widths are either 18mm, 20mm or 22mm.
If you are uncertain what size you need, feel free to contact us and we will gladly help you.
